If both your Billing and Delivery addresses are outside the European Union, or your company has a valid EU VAT-number the prices will be shown with 0% VAT. 
Deliveries to non-EU countries are usually subjected to additional customs and/or VAT charges.

Timely Order filling
Orders received are usually filled and shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the payment is received. Within Europe, it takes usually 3-5 days to receive your order. Outside of Europe, it may take a few extra days.If the time before shipping is estimated to be longer than 5 business days, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Please make note of any special messages on the front page of the String King shop before ordering.
 
Shipping Charges
We are adding shipping charges to your order according to the size, value and the destination. We ship only with a courier!
 
Return Policy
Customer has the right to return all products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or a credit on your next order. Returns form counter from outside of European Union
String King does not reimburse for the return shipping expenses and all of those costs will be paid by the customer.
